SaunaLife E6 3-Person Luxury Outdoor Barrel Sauna Kit

Ergo-Series Model E6 3 Person Barrel Sauna

Designed for Exceptional Outdoor Sauna Living

The SaunaLife Ergo-Series Outdoor Barrel Sauna is thoughtfully engineered to deliver the perfect balance of comfort, craftsmanship, and long-lasting performance. Combining authentic Scandinavian design with premium thermally modified woods and intelligent engineering, every detail has been carefully refined to create a luxurious backyard wellness retreat that can be enjoyed for decades.

Whether you're looking to relax after a demanding day, support muscle recovery, or elevate your outdoor living space, the Ergo-Series transforms every sauna session into a premium wellness experience.

Ergonomic Comfort That Feels Natural

Unlike many traditional barrel saunas, the Ergo-Series is designed around the comfort of the person inside—not just the shape of the barrel. Its spacious 6'5" interior height provides generous standing room, while the larger barrel diameter creates a more open environment with improved headroom and freedom of movement.

Premium Grade-A Thermo-Aspen benches are ergonomically contoured to naturally support the body, complemented by gently curved backrests that provide outstanding lumbar support throughout every sauna session. The silky-smooth, knot-free wood offers a luxurious seating surface that remains comfortable even during extended use.

The result is a sauna that feels noticeably more spacious, supportive, and relaxing from the moment you step inside.

Built to Withstand the Outdoors

Exceptional durability begins with exceptional materials. Every Ergo-Series sauna is constructed using premium Thermo-Spruce, a thermally modified wood chosen for its outstanding dimensional stability, natural resistance to outdoor conditions, and impressive longevity.

The substantial 1.65-inch full-length staves provide outstanding structural integrity while improving thermal efficiency to help maintain consistent temperatures throughout every session. Inside, thick Thermo-Aspen benches and backrests deliver enhanced strength and lasting comfort, creating an interior that performs as beautifully as it looks.

This combination of premium materials allows the Ergo-Series to provide reliable performance season after season with minimal maintenance.

Intelligent Engineering in Every Detail

Behind the timeless barrel design is a collection of thoughtful engineering innovations that improve both performance and everyday ownership.

Heavy-duty stainless steel barrel bands securely compress the full-length staves to maintain long-term structural stability, while the included waterproof shingle roof and integrated drip edges provide dependable protection against rain and moisture.

Dual integrated floor drains efficiently manage excess water during traditional steam sessions, post-swim use, or cold plunge routines. One drain is positioned beneath the heater for convenient water pouring, while the second near the entrance helps remove additional moisture and continues to function effectively even if the sauna naturally settles over time.

Every design choice has been made to maximize reliability, durability, and ease of maintenance.

Premium LED Lighting for the Perfect Atmosphere

Lighting plays an essential role in creating a relaxing sauna environment. The Ergo-Series features an integrated low-voltage, IP67-rated waterproof LED lighting system that produces a smooth, dot-free glow throughout the interior.

Control brightness with the included handheld remote or conveniently adjust the lighting through the Wi-Fi app before entering the sauna.

For homeowners seeking an even more immersive outdoor wellness space, the lighting system can be expanded with the optional E Sconce+ Package or enhanced with the E MOOD Lighting Package, offering dynamic color illumination for personalized ambience day or night.

Authentic Scandinavian Beauty

Every SaunaLife Ergo-Series barrel sauna showcases the natural beauty of carefully selected Nordic woods. The exterior features premium Thermo-Spruce with warm golden tones and distinctive grain patterns that complement virtually any outdoor setting.

Inside, luxurious Grade-A Thermo-Aspen creates a refined, knot-free interior with an exceptionally smooth finish and rich natural color. To preserve its beauty, each sauna includes a complimentary bottle of premium paraffin oil that helps maintain the wood's appearance while enhancing its natural character over time.

The result is a sauna that feels as elegant as it performs.

Premium Materials

The SaunaLife Ergo-Series is crafted from sustainably sourced European Thermo-Spruce, a premium thermally modified wood chosen for its exceptional durability, dimensional stability, and natural resistance to moisture, decay, and changing weather conditions. Thermal modification enhances the wood's longevity without the use of harsh chemicals, making it an environmentally responsible choice for outdoor sauna construction.

The interior features ergonomically designed benches and backrests crafted from premium spruce that is nearly 50% thicker than those found in many traditional barrel saunas. This substantial construction provides enhanced strength, long-lasting durability, and superior comfort while maintaining the wood's natural warmth and inviting appearance.

Constructed with robust 1.65-inch full-length Thermo-Spruce staves, the Ergo-Series delivers outstanding structural integrity, efficient heat retention, and the timeless beauty of authentic Scandinavian craftsmanship.
